Kaulig Racing announced Wednesday morning before the NextGen test at Charlotte Motor Speedway that Justin Haley will drive the No. 31 Chevrolet Camaro for the team in 2022.

In an announcement over the summer, Haley was to pilot the No. 16; however, plans have changed to make the No. 16 Kaulig Racing’s “All-Star Car” featuring drivers AJ Allmendinger, Noah Gragson, and Daniel Hemric.

The No. 31 recently was raced by various drivers from the Richard Childress stable from 1996 until 2019.

Kaulig Racing enters the 2022 season, competing in their first full-time effort in the NASCAR Cup Series.
