The Money Team Racing Planning on Partial Cup Schedule in 2020

Willy mentioned that the team is expecting to make a NASCAR Cup Series debut sometime in 2020. We did hear other rumors while we were in the garage that the race the team is looking at is once again at Homestead-Miami Speedway in March of the season.

It was rumored late in the 2019 season that a new NASCAR Cup Series team was forming with American Proffestional Boxer, Floyd Mayweather as the co-owner.

The team was rumored to start racing at Homestead-Miami in 2019 ahead of a potential full 2020 season. That did not come to fruition.

At this years Daytona 500 new co-owner of the team, Willy Auchmoody, was in the garage and spoke with Adam Stern from the Sports Business Journal.

Auchmoody mentioned that the team is expecting to make a NASCAR Cup Series debut sometime in 2020. We did hear other rumors while we were in the garage that the race the team is looking at is once again at Homestead-Miami Speedway in March of the season.
