Sonoma Raceway has contacted local authorities to conduct an investigation after “piece of twine tied in what appeared to be a noose” was found on the property.
The twine was found hanging from a tree behind a former administrative office, and was first spotted and reported on Saturday, a day before the Talladega incident.
