Former NASCAR driver and stunt performer, Travis Pastrana announced on his Instagram that he will be racing for Neice Motorsports in the Gander RV & Outdoor Truck Series this weekend at Kansas Speedway.
Pastrana’s last NASCAR race was in 2017 when he competed in a one-off event for Neice Motorsports at Las Vegas in the NASCAR Gander & RV Outdoor Truck Series.
Ross Chastain will drive the No. 40 truck on Friday, before Pastrana jumps in on Saturday.
“I always enjoy coming to race in NASCAR, especially the Truck Series,” said Pastrana. “It’s been fun to watch how this team has grown and progressed over the last couple of years, and I’m excited to get the chance to get back behind the wheel. A huge thank you to Al Niece, Cody [Efaw] and everyone at Niece Motorsports for this amazing opportunity and all of their hard work.”
