Kyle Larson Suspended From NASCAR and CGR After Using Racial Slur During eSports Event

Following a racial slur during an iRacing event on Easter day, Kyle Larson has both been suspended by NASCAR and his current Cup Series team, Chip Ganassi Racing.

The slur was captured on Kyle Larson’s Twitch video stream that was seen by fans and drivers.

From Chip Ganassi Racing: “We are extremely disappointed by what Kyle said last night during an iRacing Event. The words that he chose to use are offensive and unacceptable. As of this moment we are suspending Kyle without pay while we work through this situation with all appropriate parties.”
