Kligerman to RCR Xfinity Ride in 2022? Myatt Snider Future?

"I think they had a deal in place, and it kind of fell apart, so that is now going to leave Parker looking for a job,"

On the Door, Bumper, Clear Podcast, NASCAR Spotter Freddi Kraft revealed some plans happening at Richard Childress Racing for the 2022 NASCAR Xfinity season.

Earlier this week, Austin Hill was announced the driver for a new Richard Childress Racing full-time entry for 2022, becoming teammates with newcomer Shelden Creed in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.

Kraft mentioned that NASCAR driver Parker Kligerman was to fill that seat full-time at RCR before Austin Hill took the ride.

“I think they had a deal in place, and it kind of fell apart, so that is now going to leave Parker looking for a job,” said Kraft.

Kligerman raced for Gaunt Brothers Racing at Kansas Speedway in the NASCAR Cup Series last month and could be looking to join the team for more races in 2022.

Kligerman ran 18 races for Gaunt Brothers Racing in 2018 and 2019 before the team switched to Toyota for drivers Daniel Saurez and Ty Dillon, who will have full-time rides in 2022.

Also, in the Podcast, Freddi Kraft talked about the future for current Richard Childress Racing Xfinity driver, Myatt Snider, who Sheldon Creed will replace in 2022.

“RCR has said they are going to try to find him (Snider) a development car, a lot of people were suspecting Kaulig, but that won’t be the case. He will be in a Chevrolet aligned with RCR, you can probably do the math and figure out which one that is, but it’s not Kaulig.”

The RCR alliances in the NASCAR Xfinity Series that are not Kaulig Racing could be Our Motorsports (02, 03, 23), Jordan Anderson Racing (31).
