Iowa Speedway Will Not Host Any NASCAR Races in 2020

The track annually host two races for the NASCAR Xfinity Series and one race each for the Gander RV & Outdoor Truck Series, the ARCA Series, and NTT Indy Car Series.

UPDATE 5-15-2020: According to the ARCA Racing Series, the series will return to Iowa Speedway in the same weekend at the NTT Indycar Series on July 18th and 19th. The NASCAR races of the Xfinity Series and Truck Series will not race at the track in 2020.

ORIGINAL: Iowa Speedway announced on Thursday that the track will not host any national events in 2020 due to COVID-19.

The track annually host two races for the NASCAR Xfinity Series and one race for the Gander RV & Outdoor Truck Series.

The ARCA Menards Series and NTT Indy Car Series races scheduled for mid-July will still happen as planned.
