Phoenix Raceway announced today that General Tire will serve as the title sponsor for the upcoming 150-lap ARCA Menards Series race on Friday, March 6. With the green flag set to drop at 5 p.m. MT on March 6, the General Tire 150 will be the first for the series at Phoenix Raceway and the first in the inaugural ARCA Menards Series Sioux Chief Showdown, a 10-race series set to attract the top teams in the ARCA Menards Series as well as the ARCA Menards Series East and ARCA Menards Series West.

“We’re proud to welcome General Tire as the entitlement partner for the first-ever ARCA Menards Series race at Phoenix Raceway,” said Phoenix Raceway President Julie Giese. “Providing more racing action during the FanShield 500 Speed Fest Weekend has been a priority for us and Friday’s General Tire 150 is a perfect addition to an already action-packed schedule.”

General Tire is also the exlusive tire supplier for the ARCA Menards Series and has been a partner in the series since 2016.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Phoenix Raceway to help bring exciting racing to the fans,” said Travis Roffler, director of marketing for General Tire. “General Tire has been committed to promoting the NASCAR regional and international series across two continents and more than 11 countries, and this partnership is a natural fit.”

Tickets for the General Tire 150 and the entire FanShield 500 Speed Fest Weekend, March 6-8, are available online at PhoenixRaceway.com, by phone at 866-408-RACE (7223), or in person at the Phoenix Raceway ticket office during regular business hours.
