In a letter to race fans, Eldora Speedway in New Weston, OH announced the race track will not host the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series in 2021.

Due to COVID-19, the series did not race at the track in 2020. The track was unable to host an event in 2020 without fans in attendance, which was not an option due to Ohio restrictions on gatherings.

Eldora Speedway is the only race track announced so far for the Superstar Racing Experience, a new series owned by NASCAR Hall of Famer, Tony Stewart at a race track he owns.

No word if the trucks will return to the dirt in 2021 at a different race track.
