David Gilliland Racing Hauler Driver Killed in Accident Traveling to Phoenix

David Gilliland Racing confirmed on TWITTER Tuesday afternoon that ARCA Menards Series hauler driver, Steven Stotts has died from his injuries following an accident early Tuesday morning near Longview, Texas.

John Zaverl and Michael Mizzelle, passengers in the race hauler have been reported to be in stable condition following the accident.

The team is still reviewing its plans for Friday night’s ARCA Menards Series race, at Phoenix Raceway.
