Brad Parrott Joins Rev Racing to Crew Chief Rajah Caruth in ARCA

Brad Parrott has officially joined Rev Racing to crew chief Rajah Caruth and the No. 6 Chevrolet in the upcoming 2022 ARCA Menards Series season.

Brad Parrott has officially joined Rev Racing to crew chief Rajah Caruth and the No. 6 Chevrolet in the upcoming 2022 ARCA Menards Series season. Parrott will make his first appearance with Rev Racing, in the ARCA Menards Series pre-season test at Daytona International Speedway this weekend.

Parrott, son of legendary NASCAR Sprint Cup crew chief Buddy Parrott, has 35+ years of experience in NASCAR and worked his way up the ranks with some of NASCAR’s most elite teams. Parrott, has 18 career victories in the NASCAR Nationwide Series (NASCAR Xfinity Series) as a crew chief and called the shots for drivers such as Jeff Burton, Greg Biffle, Carl Edwards, Casey Mears, Reed Sorenson and Juan Pablo Montoya. He remains one of the top-10 most winningest crew chiefs in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.

“I am really excited to join Rev Racing and work with Rajah this upcoming ARCA season,” said Parrott. “I have witnessed both his dedication to growth and development and his passion and commitment for the sport. I foresee a very bright future for Rajah and look forward to putting our heads down and getting to work.”

Parrott’s experience in the ARCA Series offers Caruth the support he needs this year in his full-time ARCA Menards Series season, and as he prepares for his 2022 debut in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.

“I am extremely excited to work with Brad this season,” said Caruth, driver of the No. 6 Chevrolet. “Brad’s experience and track record is exactly the type of support I need as I take on some of these tracks for the first time. He has called the shots on multiple levels of the sport. I am focused on growth this season and I know his guidance will be an asset to my development and my teammates.”

Caruth will join teammate, Nick Sanchez, at the pre-race practice session at the 2.5-mile superspeedway this weekend. Sanchez, approaching his second full-time season in the ARCA Menards Series, will pilot the No. 2 Chevrolet. Sanchez finished top-3 in the ARCA Menards Series 2021 point standings.

This year’s pre-race practice at Daytona is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 14 and Saturday, Jan. 15. The two-day open session gives teams seven hours of practice time (10 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET) each day. Timing and scoring throughout the duration of the two-day session will be available on ARCARacing.com.

The ARCA Menards Series season will open for Caruth, Sanchez and Team with the running of the Lucas Oil 200 driven by General Tire at Daytona International Speedway, which is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 19.
