On the third night of five for the annual Cajun Swing schedule, the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series driver/owner went for a tumble while leading at The Rev, a speedway located in Monroe, LA.
“Thanks to everyone who reached out. We hit a rut and broke the right rear hub off, and that was all she wrote. We’ll see everyone tomorrow at Super Bee.” Friesen posted on Facebook.
The Cajun Swing is a five-night feature of dirt late models competing at five different race tracks throughout Louisiana.
Friesen will pull out a backup car and race at Super Bee Speedway Friday night.
