The ARCA Menards Series Shore Lunch 150 will be part of the inaugural ARCA Sioux Chief Showdown, a 10-race series set to attract the top teams in the ARCA Menards Series East and West to compete against the regulars of the ARCA Menards Series.

Shore Lunch soups, breading and batters first partnered with ARCA series sponsor Menards in 2016. The business-to-business relationship between Menards, the country’s third largest home improvement retail chain, and Southeastern Mills, a leading food company with brands such as Better Than Bouillon, The Original Louisiana Hot Sauce and Southeastern Mills Gravy and Baking Mixes, brings opportunities for Southeastern Mills to promote its Shore Lunch Brand products to Iowa’s Menards customer base.

“We are thrilled to welcome Shore Lunch brands to our family at Iowa Speedway,” said Iowa Speedway President David Hyatt. “Shore Lunch features products we’ve all had on our dinner tables over the years. Their premium soup and batter mixes have served budget conscious families for a long time. We’re happy that consumers can find the products in Menard’s stores and that we can provide a platform for Shore Lunch to showcase their ‘made from scratch’ quality products to hungry, tailgating race fans and campers!”

After the purchase of the ARCA Menards Series last year, NASCAR and ARCA worked diligently to develop an exciting new competition framework for 2020 and beyond. The ARCA Menards Series evolution will establish the series as the highest level of professional, grassroots racing designed to bridge the gap between weekly racing and nationally touring professional series, with the added intention to preserve both series’ historic short-track lineage stretching back more than 60 years.

The Shore Lunch 150 will mark the only appearance in Iowa for the ARCA Menards Series this season. The annual race for national bragging rights will be the 18th East-West combination event at Iowa Speedway. Past ARCA winners include current NASCAR Cup Series drivers Joey Logano, Kyle Busch, Chase Elliott, Corey Lajoie and Cole Custer.
